New Homes
a) Sales Absorption Analysis Report — a new report showing total, low, high and average monthly sales of selected records along with annual totals and current remaining inventory.
b) Proforma Report — a new powerful two-part report. The first part summarizing key proforma input variables such as number of product offerings, last month's sales, remaining inventory, average size, average price and average 12 month absorption by product type (detached, link, semi-detached, townhouse, stacked townhouse, apartment, loft); the second part listing the models contained in the selection by inventory number, builder, development name, municipality, tenure, product type, lot size, home type, home size, total price, price per sq. ft. and availability status.
