A: RealNet NewHomes research professionals follow a detailed methodology for all of our data collection that includes monthly sales office visits, head office reconciliations and project audits to ensure the most accurate information is available to our clients in a timely fashion. Q: How often is New Home market information updated?

Information on new project openings is available in the web application within 4 days of the project opening.

A: In Low Rise Projects the information is collected by product offering which is a unique combination of product type (detached, semi, townhouse, link, or quadraplex), lot size, lot type (traditional, wide shallow, or rear lane), and tenure (freehold or condominium). This creates very detailed data and allows for meaningful comparison and analysis at the lot size and lot type level. In High Rise Projects the information is collected by unit type (studio, 1 bdrm, 1 bdrm+den, 2 bdrm, 2 bdrm+den, etc.).
